Second Going Global master class!????
This time we had 5 teams and we talked about market opportunity, go to market strategy and organization. We also did practical tasks to identify challenges and work out the right strategy for internationalization.
Our congratulations to the participants and we do hope the master class will help the teams scale more efficiently!
