Global Innovation Index — it now ranks 45th out of 131 countries.In 2020, Ukraine’s score stands at 36.32 out of 100, where 1 is the best score and 100 is the worst.Ukraine is praised for its creative industries and contribution to science and technology. Ukrainian tech specialists also create more mobile apps and spend more money on computer software than they used to, according to the report.
