Ukrainian fruits and vegetable delivery service OVO raised $350 000 in a seed round at a pre-money valuation of €3 million led by Ukrainian VC fund TAVentures, and the ICLUB private investors club, and Imperia Holding invested in this round.
Previously the team also raised $150 000 from TAVentures and the ICLUB. In July 2020 Ukrainian Fedoriv Group invested in the startup when OVO operated under its initial name ‘Kyiv Vegetables.’ The funds were intended for company rebranding, IT infrastructure development, and a large-scale advertising campaign.
