Andrii Degeler: “Another interesting prospective listing is that of GitLab, a DevOps platform with Dutch and Ukrainian co-founders incorporated in the US. Showing a great deal of transparency, the company had said on its website’s wiki page that it planned to IPO in November 2020, together with listing a set of goals it wanted to achieve in order to go public. The goals are still there, while the dates were removed; CNBC’s sources said that the listing is most likely to happen this year. According to the same report, GitLab was valued at over $6 billion in a secondary share sale in November.
