Yesterday we visited the presentation of the IP Guide – the project by UNIT.City, TISC – Technology and Innovation Support Center, Ukrainian Institute of intellectual property – Ukrpatent that teamed up to create a guide to intellectual property for Ukrainian IT companies.
The IP Guide introduces one of the most valuable assets of any company – intellectual property, and overview the measures to protect it, tips for a better understanding of its main categories and application in business. The presentation was made by the team of developers of the projects – Sergiy Brudnyak, Andriy Zozulyuk, TISC.
During the event, the panelists discussed the value of patenting in Ukraine and abroad, key legislative options for protecting intellectual property rights, smart solutions for registration trademarks, and domains, etc.
