[TechUkraine news] The world-first robot-librarian NP Lukash by Ukrainian Nova Poshta and Postmen

Ukrainian logistics company Nova Poshta in partnership with creative agency Postmen represented the world-first robot-librarian NP Lukash within the exhibition Lesya Ukrainka: 150 Names which is part of an art project dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the prominent Ukrainian writer and public figure.

NP Lukash performed duties as a librarian on the first floor of the exhibition of the Ukrainian House in Kyiv. To start an interaction with a robot, you need to scan QR-code, open the site or download the application and answer 4 simple questions. After receiving the answers, Lukash analyzed them and selected individually the appropriate book for each person. Visitors of the exhibition had a chance to take a book from the wheelchair and read it in the lounge zone. After reading the book could be left on the table, and NP Lukash picked it up later.

NP Lukash is made on the basis of robots, which are equipped with logistics terminals of Nova Poshta. Each of these robots can carry up to 300 kg of parcels and carry up to 1000 kg. They are used to speed up work in warehouses, and then deliver parcels to offices.
