Now – officially! American ride-sharing company Lyft will open an R&D center in Kyiv, Ukraine. Lyft Kyiv team will concentrate its efforts on the Mapping domain and the core development of engineering will be GIS and Cartography.
The Ukrainian Engineering team will consist of 100 professionals. Now the company is looking for 13 specialists in Data Scientist, Design, Product Management, Development, and Talent Acqusition.
Previously Novoe Vremya reposted that Lyft has already registered a legal entity in Ukraine. The company is called Lyft Ukraine LLC and is run by Vitalii Zadorozhnyi.
