Meet Kyiv-based SHERP – the developer and manufacturer of SHERP utility terrain vehicles with no analogs in the world in terms of their capabilities and characteristics.
SHERP is a reliable assistant for specialists who overcome natural difficulties as a part of their profession: geologists, oil workers, rescue agents, fishermen, extreme drivers, and travelers. The ATV can function without any of its electric components, making it highly reliable and easy to maintain.
In partnership with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), 3 years in a row SHERP fights hunger in several countries around the world. In 2019 the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) awarded SHERP within the Fleet Forum Best Transport Achievement.
The amphibious vehicle is just at home in the water as on land. Let’s discover the key models of the company:
- SHERP PRO 1000 – trouble-tree machine repeatedly gets to an area where no man has stepped before. It floats perfectly, can easily pass marches and deep snow, able to move out of the water onto the ice.
- SHERP N 1200 – easily overcomes boulders, fallen trees, and other obstacles up to 1 m (3 ft) high, the machine has an eco-friendly engine with the highest dynamic performance in its class in any climate zone. SHERP N 1200 modular platform design allows setting additional cargo and passenger room on it.
- Ark 3400 — the machine has an intuitive steering wheel control that features a 3-axis articulated steering system to overcome any obstacles off-road. It can be used by Search&Rescue teams for operations in remote, inaccessible areas, with the Ark Dwelling module – in geological explorations or environmental research projects, with Medical module – in rescue operations for victims of natural disasters such as floods, wildfires, or earthquakes.
- SHERP Shuttle – the boat to transfer SHERP on the water with a speed up to 60km/h
Rapper and fashion mogul Kanye West made headlines in 2020 when he brought a fleet of SHERP paraded around Chicago in the menacing SHERP ATVs to hand out Yeezy sneakers.
In 2016, the British TopGear auto show called SHERP “a tank for two” – the latest models can even “be tanks” for 4, 6 and even 22 people.
