Salaries of Ukrainian tech specialists rised up to 20% (+500$) based on 6731 answers of tech specialists by DOU (summer 2021). Highlights:
- the highest rates go to System Architect – Embedded developers (up to $5650), the lowest Intern/Trainee SE – $390 (+$40);
- the highest salaries are in outstaffing companies and startups: $3340 and $3300;
- during the first half of the year 34% of tech specialists change job;
- The salaries in Odesa jumped up to 25% – to $2800;
- 80% of tech specialists live in 5 cities – Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa;
- 8% – woman in tech
