We aim to develop an experience-sharing community to grow the Ukrainian tech ecosystem to connect local founders with global tech hot spots to help get started on new markets!
Meet Hiroshi Shibata, our Country Representative in Japan!
Born in Japan and moved to Ukraine in 2018, Hiroshi is a well-known Kyiv-based IT entrepreneur specializing in AI & Blockchain. Hiroshi has over 10 years of investment banking IT experience, project management & offshore development in India & Eastern Europe, and a U.S.A., U.K., and Australia education background. In 2002, Hiroshi launched the first internet startup and, in 2009, founded a software and website localization company.
Today Hiroshi is:
  • CEO, Ago-ra it Consulting and Agora International Inc.
  • Ukraine branch manager of Online corp, Neolab & Eliza Software
  • Japan Representative, IТ Ukraine Association
  • Blogger at Newsweek Japan and IT Media (SoftBank subsidiary)
