New tax law regime adopted for IT companies – Diia City will come into force at the end of January 2022, according to the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
- In 2022, IT companies will apply and pay taxes under the new tax system.
- Diya.city will allow IT companies to pay five times fewer taxes than the current taxes in Ukraine.
- In addition to taxes, the system also includes a legal procedure that will attract investment and solve the problems of IT companies.
- Special rates for employees of IT companies and gig specialists: personal income tax (PIT) – 5%, single social contribution – 22% of the minimum wage, military duty – 1.5%.
