DOU media presented the report that mapped the migration of IT specialists in Ukraine.
Highlights:
- The best cities for IT specialists to relocate are Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv – more than 80%, Odesa – 78%, Dnipro – 56%
- The most attractive city for Chernigiv, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Rivne and Poltava regions is Kyiv
- Kharkiv engages the IT specialists from Poltava, Sumy, Kirovograd regions
- Lviv catches the professionals from West regions.
- Migration to Dnipro and Odesa is insignificant.
- Tech specialists prefer to live in cities where they studied at universities.
