For the first time, the Ukrainian delegation participated in SelectUSA, the largest investment summit in the US.
SelectUSA attracted over 1,500 attendees, including high-ranking officials from the White House, US governors, tech leaders, and CEOs of major corporations.
More than 1,500 companies from over 80 countries were represented at the SelectUSA summit, and investment deals worth a total of $500 million are planned as a result. Ukrainian startup LetsData won the startup competition with their AI solution for communication campaigns and risk management, — SET University reports on it’s LinkedIn page.
In addition to participating in the summit, SET University co-organized a Ukrainian Tech Night to showcase the resilience of Ukraine’s knowledge-based and creative economy during times of war. Inspiring speeches were given by Alex Bornyakov, Iryna Volnytska, Anatoly Motkin, Daniel Tonkopi, Natalia Denikeieva, and Sviatoslav K.
The Ukrainian delegation expressed gratitude to the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine (USAID CEP), Ukrainian Startup Fund, The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and Embassy of Ukraine in the USA for their support. They also gave special thanks to the US Deputy Minister of Economy and Ambassador of Ukraine to the USA, Oksana Markarova, for visiting the Ukrainian delegation.
