According to official external trade data released by the National Bank of Ukraine, the sector has established a solid operational plateau, consistently hovering around a $571.3 million monthly average.

Key Revenue Breakdown

The category of “Telecommunications, Computer, and Information Services” remains almost entirely driven by pure-play computer services:

  • Computer Services: Accounted for 97.8% of total sector revenue, generating $3.910 billion.

  • Information Services: Contributed $68 million (1.7%).

  • Telecommunications: Delivered $21 million (0.5%).

Monthly Dynamics: From Seasonality to a Stable Plateau

The 2026 performance curve indicates strong structural leveling with no sharp volatility, trading in a tight channel between $520 million and $603 million:

  • Q1 Trajectory: After a seasonal dip in January ($520 million) caused by the holiday period and year-end book closures, export figures quickly rebounded to $557 million in February and reached an annual peak of $603 million in March.

  • Summer Plateau: The market entered a resilient summer plateau, recording $572 million in May, $573 million in June, and climbing to $582 million in July.

The Strategic Outlook

For international partners and enterprise clients, these metrics provide a crucial signal: Ukraine’s IT export engine has moved past high volatility into sustained baseline predictability. The steady $570M+ monthly volume suggests that delivery capacities, client retention, and billing pipelines remain firmly intact across the ecosystem.
