The Ministry of Digital Transformation Launches a Platform for State Registries

The Ministry of Digital Transformation approved a resolution about the unified platform for the state registers.

Now there are about 450 of them in Ukraine, 80% of them are technologically outdated and vulnerable to cyber attacks.

Platform will help to work effectively with information and protect the personal data of Ukrainians. All changes in the registers will be recorded, so no one will be able to edit the information illegally.

“State bodies will create new registers. It will help to ensure that you receive most services quickly and conveniently online. Also, the Platform will save the state millions of funds spent on the creation and administration of registers. We have already tested the new platform with the State Special Service. So soon we will launch — and a new digital era for authorities will begin,” — mentioned the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov on his Telegram channel.

The Minister also introduced other projects, which are on the implementation stage. Fedorov plans to show the first results of his work in August 2023.
