YZR Capital, together with the Ukrainian Startup Fund, is launching a support program for health tech startups looking to attract investment.
YZR Capital is a 100m EUR Munich-based investment firm with a European early-stage health tech focus backing startups with a strong impact footprint.

The fund was founded by a complementary team: Prof. Dr. Reinhard Meier, radiologist, and Co-Founder of Teleclinic (exited), and Markus Feuerecker, a health tech investor with 11+ years transaction experience. In addition to its investment activities, YZR established YZR Non-Profit, an NGO leading initiative to support Ukraine, e.g., by delivering medical supplies.
WITHIN THIS INITIATIVE, YZR CAPITAL IS LOOKING FOR TEAMS THAT MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Operating in one of YZR’s key investment areas: digital med tech, digital health, digital health services.
- A bold founders team developing a disruptive technology
INVESTMENT IN A STARTUP:
- Stage: Pre-Seed, Seed or Series A.
- Possible check: ~ 250k – 12,5m EURO depending on the proposed solution.
THE AMOUNT OF INVESTMENTS ARE INDIVIDUAL IN EACH CASE
Timeline:
1. Submission of an application by a startup.
2. Review of the application by the investment fund YZR Capital.
3. Online Demo Day. Participation in the pitch and presentation of the chosen startup to the jury.
