The Ukrainian tech industry continues to demonstrate its strength and potential on the global stage, with a successful showing at the inaugural NEXUS2050 tech conference in Luxembourg. Held from June 26-27, this major international event brought together over 5,000 representatives from various sectors, including artificial intelligence, sustainability, cybersecurity, financial technologies, and talent acquisition and development.

Ukraine was well-represented at NEXUS2050, with a delegation of 17 innovative startups showcasing their cutting-edge solutions. The delegation included:
- TechNovator: Pioneering a revolutionary wireless charging technology capable of simultaneously powering various devices at a distance with high efficiency and minimal environmental impact.
- Uspacy: An all-in-one online workspace designed to streamline communication, collaboration, and sales for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Cardiomo: An AI-based wearable solution for long-term, remote heart monitoring that aims to prevent cardiac complications and reduce hospitalizations.
- CONSULTANT: A comprehensive legal tech platform offering document templates and access to over 1,200 active lawyers for legal consultations.
- Almexoft: A no-code platform empowering businesses to automate complex workflows and document management processes.
- FreedomCode: An ERP solution designed specifically for nonprofits, reducing their carbon footprint and enhancing operational efficiency.
- HOWCOW: An AI-driven solution for boosting farm productivity through real-time animal monitoring and precision fertilization timing.
- SoftBees: A fintech provider with over 20 years of experience, offering mobile-first internet banking solutions for entrepreneurs and enterprises.
- 3D UTU: Revolutionizing construction with Ukraine’s first and only 3D printer, offering affordable, portable, and secure solutions for building projects.
- FluxHR: An AI-powered recruiting platform that streamlines hiring through efficient online video interviews.
- Salee: An AI-driven sales superintelligence that analyzes data and interactions to optimize corporate sales conversions and reduce costs.
- Progalit: A Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) utilizing AI to automate and personalize treatment plans for patients with kidney stones.
- Spendbase: A platform for companies to gain clarity and control over their SaaS, cloud, and corporate card spending, enabling cost savings and reducing manual work.
- Prana: A developer of energy-efficient ventilation systems with patented technology that ensures optimal air quality and temperature control.

- Trojan System: An innovative ecosystem of smart traps, bait stations, and a CRM system to revolutionize pest control in various industries.
- S.Lab: Leading the way in sustainable packaging with eco-friendly, biodegradable materials that turn into soil fertilizer.

These companies had the opportunity to pitch their projects to potential investors on one of the main stages, gaining valuable exposure and networking opportunities.
The Ukrainian delegation also took advantage of a dedicated day to explore the Luxembourg innovation and research ecosystem, visiting the House of Startups and connecting with key industry players. This experience provided valuable insights and connections to further fuel the growth of Ukraine’s tech landscape.
The participation of Ukrainian startups in such a prestigious international event is a testament to the sector’s resilience and innovation, even in the face of ongoing challenges. The collaborative effort between the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Embassy of Ukraine in Belgium, the Ukrainian Startup Fund, the Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce, Luxinnovation, the European consortium Seeds of Bravery, the “Nazovni” platform, and with the support of TechUkraine, demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting and promoting Ukrainian tech on the global stage.
The success of the Ukrainian delegation at NEXUS2050 serves as a powerful reminder that the country’s tech sector is thriving, and its potential for future growth and impact is immense.
