On July 3, 2024, Kharkiv IT Cluster, one of the largest IT communities in Ukraine, held its Summer General Meeting, bringing together over 150 industry leaders from Ukraine and around the world. The event served as a platform to discuss achievements, challenges, and future prospects for the IT sector’s development.

2024: Year of International Recognition
This year, Kharkiv IT Cluster represented the Ukrainian IT community at the world’s largest industrial exhibition, the European Cluster Conference, and other international events. The community presented the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) and promoted Ukrainian innovation potential on a global level.
Focus on Reservation and Education
Kharkiv IT Cluster actively collaborates with the government to implement effective tools of reservation from military service for IT specialists and develop IT education. The community launched pilot projects for recruitment to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, helping IT professionals find units where their skills would be most valuable.
RazomTech and IT4Life: Social Responsibility in Action
Kharkiv IT Cluster implements important social initiatives. The RazomTech project helps veterans integrate into the IT industry by providing them with training and career opportunities. The IT4Life charitable foundation supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the civilian population of the Kharkiv region.
Plans for the Future: Innovation and Development
Kharkiv IT Cluster has ambitious plans for the future, including expanding international cooperation, attracting new members, and investing in educational projects. The community strives to create a powerful ecosystem for the development of the IT industry in Ukraine.
Summer General Meeting 2024 confirmed that Kharkiv IT Cluster is a driving force behind the development of the Ukrainian IT sector, capable of achieving significant results even in challenging circumstances.

I strongly believe in the power of communities and I am happy to see that despite all the challenges, Kharkiv Tech community is striving and developing, having more then 600 companies-members at the moment and multiple services. The community actively helps our army by significant donations and technical assistance, works on better mobilization procedures, to improve recruiting techniques as opposed to not so efficient forceful mobilization, works with legislation, education and international connections.
