Ukrainian Startups Invited to Shine at CES 2025

The USAID Competitive Economy Program, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Startup Fund, with the support of UVCA, invites Ukrainian startups and companies to apply for participation in the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025!

CES is the world’s most influential tech event, where groundbreaking innovations that shape our lives and define the technological trends of the year are born. This is where global brands forge deals, find new partners, and industry leaders unveil their latest developments and bold achievements.

Support for Ukrainian Startups

Up to 10 selected startups will receive:

  • Booth space in the Expo Zone
  • Entrance tickets for representatives
  • Participation in delegation activities, side events, and meetings with government and technology organizations
  • Coverage of travel, accommodation, and insurance costs for one representative

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Registered in Ukraine as a legal entity and operating in Ukraine, or if operating on behalf of a company registered in another jurisdiction, have the majority of the team officially employed in Ukraine.
  • Positioned as a Ukrainian startup or company (website, social media, investor platforms).
  • Majority of founders are Ukrainian citizens.
  • Minimum development stage: working prototype or industrial design, sales in Ukraine, pre-orders, pilot projects, or testing new markets.
  • Developing a technological solution in any of the categories listed on the CES website.
  • At least one team member with fluency in English.
  • Meets the criteria for participation in Eureka Park (first-time applicants preferred).
  • A valid US entry visa (B1/B2 or other categories) is an advantage.

Mandatory: Physical presentation of the solution (working prototype, industrial sample, or detailed mock-up).

Selection Process:

  • Application submission through the Ukrainian Startup Fund portal.
  • Eligibility check.
  • Online Pitch Day to a jury of Ukrainian and international experts.
  • Selection of up to 10 startups to join the Ukrainian delegation.

Timeline:

  • Applications: October 7-21, 2024
  • Application status update: by October 23, 2024
  • Online Pitch Day: by October 30, 2024
