Digital solutions provider aims for 20% market share with backing from Smartlink Partners
Ukrainian tech trailblazer Choice has landed a significant €1 million investment from Polish fund Smartlink Partners, propelling its mission to transform the restaurant industry. This injection of capital, structured as a convertible loan, will fuel Choice’s ongoing Series A funding round and accelerate its expansion across Poland.
Since entering the Polish market three years ago, Choice has rapidly established itself as a key player, boasting over 2,000 registered restaurants and more than 500 paying clients. With a dedicated team of over 20 professionals on the ground, the company is strategically positioned to capture a substantial 20% share of Poland’s bustling restaurant sector, encompassing approximately 60,000 establishments.
Choice’s comprehensive suite of digital solutions empowers restaurants to thrive in the modern era. From website creation and online ordering systems to table reservations, QR code payments, loyalty programs, and seamless integration with popular delivery platforms, Choice offers a one-stop-shop for all their technological needs. Notably, the platform is fully localized for the Polish market, complete with multilingual support in Polish, English, and Ukrainian.
The company’s impressive client roster in Poland includes renowned chains such as Thai Wok, Sushi World, Pizza Factory, Osama Sushi, and the vibrant Hala Koszyki food court. This diverse clientele underscores Choice’s versatility and ability to cater to a wide range of culinary businesses.
Choice’s ambitions extend far beyond Poland. Having already achieved market leadership in Ukraine and the Czech Republic, the company is actively expanding its presence in Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Kazakhstan, and Germany. With its sights set on further growth, Choice plans to enter the Romanian, Hungarian, and Georgian markets in the near future.
To date, Choice has raised a total of $4.5 million in funding, achieving an impressive $3 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). This latest investment from Smartlink Partners marks another significant milestone in Choice’s journey to revolutionize the global restaurant industry.
