While the global tech discourse has been dominated by Large Language Models (LLMs) and conversational interfaces, the frontier of enterprise efficiency has shifted toward AI Agents. These are not just chatbots; they are autonomous entities capable of executing complex workflows, accessing internal data, and performing tasks with minimal human intervention.

Recognizing Ukraine’s position as a resilient tech hub, Google has announced the launch of a specialized, free training program: “Grow Your Business with Google Cloud”. Running from March 30 to May 10, 2026, the initiative aims to transition Ukrainian professionals from AI enthusiasts to architects of autonomous systems.
From Prompting to Programming: The Evolution of Workflow
The current challenge for many startups and established firms isn’t access to AI, but the integration of it. Most teams are stuck in a cycle of manual prompting, which offers incremental gains but fails to solve systemic inefficiencies. Google’s program addresses this “implementation gap” by focusing on the practical deployment of AI agents that can interact with a company’s unique ecosystem.
The curriculum is designed to help participants build agents that connect directly to internal documents, spreadsheets, and databases, ensuring that AI-driven insights are grounded in proprietary business logic.
Hands-on Innovation: The Agent Builder Lab
A cornerstone of the program is the Agent Builder Lab. This practical framework allows participants to move beyond theory and engage in the hands-on creation of AI agents.
Key focus areas include:
Workflow Automation: Identifying and automating repetitive daily operations to reclaim time for high-level strategic and creative tasks.
Data Security: Implementing AI solutions that interact securely with sensitive internal corporate data.
ROI Analysis: Distinguishing between “hype-driven” AI implementation and high-impact integration that delivers measurable value.
Strategic Collaboration and Ecosystem Support
The program is launched with the institutional support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Diia.Education, the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, and the national project Diia.Business.
This multi-stakeholder approach ensures that the skills gained are aligned with the broader digital transformation goals of the Ukrainian economy.
Participation and Perks
The program is tailored for teams and specialists who have already integrated basic AI tools but are looking to scale their capabilities. Participants will gain:
Free access to the Google Skills learning platform.
Interactive webinars and workshops led by international and local industry experts.
Branded rewards for top-performing participants in the Agent Builder Lab.
Registration is now open. Upon signing up, participants will receive detailed instructions on accessing Google Skills and the schedule for upcoming cloud-expert sessions.
The Future of the Autonomous Enterprise
As the “runway” for startups becomes increasingly dependent on lean operations, the ability to deploy AI agents may soon become a primary competitive advantage. For the Ukrainian tech sector, this program is more than a tutorial—it is an opportunity to lead the shift toward the Autonomous Enterprise, where AI doesn’t just assist the workforce but actively powers the operational engine.
