SET University establishes long-term partnership agreement with Fisher Center for Business Analytics at the University of California, Berkeley, and launch the first joint program in AI and Business Analytics.
SET University establishes a long-term partnership with UC Berkeley Fisher Center for Business Analytics. A key goal is to expand educational opportunities and attract the world’s best academics to educate Ukrainian students. The partnership will include an acceleration program in entrepreneurship & innovations, and various technical areas. The first course in AI and business analytics starts in August.
In July 2023, SET University established a long-term partnership agreement with the Fisher Center for Business Analytics at the University of California, Berkeley. The partnership aims to create additional educational opportunities for Ukrainian students and integrate UC Berkeley experts, content and best practices into Ukrainian technology and business education. The partnership includes several short-term trainings and a long-term program dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship.

Both SET University and UC Berkeley teams are also working on the year-long program in innovations and entrepreneurship. Within this program, the students of SET University’s Master’s programs, as well as external applicants, can go through the full process of tech startup creation and join the lectures with experts from UC Berkeley and SET University. Within the program, the students with the most high-potential projects developed within a program are supposed to travel to California and get to know the tech community in Berkeley and Silicon Valley. The organizers also plan to foster collaboration between SET University and UC Berkeley students which might lead to co-founding a startup. Currently the program is under development and the organizers will share the information about it and open the registrations in a few months.
Recently SET University has launched its Master’s programs in cyber defense, as well as computer science and innovation engineering. All the students enrolled in Master’s programs can join the study with UC Berkeley Fisher Center for Business Analytics automatically without further application or selection process.
