There are three weeks left until the International Consumer Electronics Show. The Ukrainian delegation is preparing with all its might to conduct training workshops for startups, organize a Ukrainian pavilion at the conference and a side event, provide media coverage of national innovators, and, of course, present their developments at CES 2024.
We remind you that the conference is an international technology exhibition that has been showcasing the world’s leading developments in the tech sector since 1967. CES is exactly that conference, where the first CD, optical disk, video card, plasma panel, Xbox game console, tablet, netbook as well as the latest technological innovations were presented worldwide.
The American innovation market ranks third in the world according to the Global Innovation Index 2022, developed by the World Intellectual Property Organization. The country’s contribution to research and development is increasing every year with the growth of innovation. The US must remain at the forefront of innovative global change because this approach certainly creates a direct interest for businesses, both in terms of providing their services and offers and in terms of attracting customers.
What do Ukrainian startups think about the American market?
MyBro: The electric transportation market is growing exponentially every year. It is a gold mine and the one who realizes it now and is willing to take a risk – definitely has a chance to make history. The capitalization of the delivery scooter market in the US alone is over 32 billion dollars and it is growing every year by leaps and bounds.
FarmFleet: FarmFleet’s entry into the U.S. market is an important milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy, and we already have some good results to show for it. FarmFleet is committed to using Ukrainian innovations and expertise to improve global food security. The U.S. market is an opportunity to make a statement about Ukrainian solutions, become the first to offer such solutions for agribusiness, and “win the hearts” of local farmers.
Deus Robotics: Today, the potential need for warehouse robots in the world is more than 30 million pieces, the market is currently more than $8 billion, and in 20 years it is expected to grow to $300 billion a year. The practicality is that you can increase the efficiency of a person in a warehouse by 5 times. We expect that the US market will be robotized at the fastest pace, because this is where robotics shows the greatest efficiency, as human labor is expensive, and there is already a shortage of people who want to work in warehouses. We already have our first customers in the United States. We plan to further develop our business here and attract more customers.
Versi Bionics: The US and European markets are our main markets and we expect to grow:
- New opportunities: Meeting and interacting with specialists and partners can open up new opportunities for cooperation and development.
- Interest in advanced technologies: The American market is sensitive to advanced technologies, so the perception of your bionic prosthesis may be positive. Medical interest: Presenting a product at a conference can attract the attention of medical professionals and potential partners.
- Assessment of the competitive environment: The conference will allow you to assess the competitive environment, identify potential competitors and understand market requirements.
ShinyClub: The American market is, of course, our main goal. It is difficult and interesting at the same time, because working there you work with the latest technologies and achievements. But both in the last project and in this one, we have most of our clients from the US, so I hope that we will be able to use this experience and understanding of this market.
OptySun: The U.S. market offers significant opportunities due to its size and the high value placed on health and environmental sustainability. We expect strong demand for the OptySun Bottle as it aligns with US consumers’ preferences for innovative, healthful and environmentally friendly products. The openness of the market to new technologies and solutions further strengthens our confidence in a successful market entry. In addition, the trend of active recreation and fitness in the US creates a favorable environment for the introduction of our product.
JetBeep: We believe that the US market is very promising for our product:
- For large cities, it is a classic agnostic network, where post offices with cells are located in “passable” places
- For “one-story America”, it is a kind of agnostic home post office, like a mailbox, where all delivery services can deliver.
- Selling our technology to existing market operators
CheckEye: We expect the U.S. market to provide us with an opportunity to expand our partner network and attract investment to further develop and deploy CheckEye technology.
Meredot: The American market welcomed us warmly. America is a nation of innovation, and it currently has the largest market for electromobility. We have already closed several deals and signed partnership agreements with major corporations, and we hope to start our expansion in the U.S. by 2024.
Melt Water Club: Expectations from the US market: – Market Potential: The American market is large and diverse, which can provide significant demand for innovative water treatment technologies. – Global Expansion: Successful penetration of the American market can serve as a basis for further global expansion of MELT WATER CLUB.
InVisionaryBox: The American market is known for its openness to new technologies and innovative marketing approaches. Brands spend billions of dollars to get the attention of their potential customers, and it is in the United States that they are very open to new marketing tools. Therefore, we see great opportunities in InVisionaryBox to get new customers, partnerships, and contacts for rapid business development.
