The Launch of New Educational Program “Governance in Start-Ups & Scale-Ups”

The new educational program “Governance in Start-Ups & Scale-Ups” by UCGA and INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre reveals key aspects of governance and development of startups & scaleups.

How to launch a successful startup during wartime without repeating common mistakes during the company’s rapid growth and expansion phase? Why is it important not to ignore governance issues during the launch and scaling of the business? How to win the battle for investors despite the unpredictable situation in Ukraine?

During the program, professors will analyze practical cases of failed (Theranos, Zenefits, WeWork, Revolut, Lending Club, Sofi, FTX, Open AI) and effective (Google, Snapchat, StichFix, Twilio) startup governance during periods of rapid growth and their consequences.
