Ukrainian AI startup Mantis Analytics, a real-time situational awareness and risk management platform, has secured a $240,000 investment from the Nezlamni Fund. This investment underscores the growing role of AI technologies in not only business development but also in bolstering Ukraine’s defense against the ongoing Russian invasion.

Mantis Analytics enhances the efficiency of security operations by providing real-time situational awareness for threat detection and response. Founded in 2022 during the full-scale invasion by Maksym Tereshchenko, Ostap Vyhopen, and Anton Tarasiuk, the company evolved from a volunteer initiative into a dual-use startup.
This investment, part of a pre-seed SAFE round, will accelerate the development and launch of the Mantis platform in the US market, a key strategic priority for the startup.
Nezlamni, founded by Uklon co-founders Dmytro Dubrovskyi, Viktoriia Dubrovska, Serhii Smus, and Vitalii Diatlenko, focuses on innovations in defense technology and security. Their portfolio includes investments in Ailand Systems (a drone-based demining company) and Buntar Aerospace (developing a reconnaissance drone).
This is not the first investment Mantis Analytics has received. In December 2023, venture firm ZAS Ventures invested $50,000 in the startup, and in April, Mantis Analytics joined Alchemist Accelerator, one of the largest accelerators for early-stage B2B companies, securing a $30,000 investment.
This latest investment highlights the critical role of AI in Ukraine’s defense and the potential for Ukrainian startups to lead the way in developing innovative solutions for global security challenges.
