Breaking into the world’s most competitive tech ecosystem requires more than just capital – it demands direct access to Tier-1 venture networks, global media exposure, and strategic distribution channels. For Ukrainian tech founders eyeing the US market, this gateway is once again open.

The Ukrainian Startup Fund, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF), and YEP Accelerator, has officially launched the selection process for the national startup delegation heading to TechCrunch Disrupt 2026.
Taking place on October 13–15, 2026, in San Francisco, California, TechCrunch Disrupt remains one of the world’s most influential tech gatherings, expected to bring together over 10,000 founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders, offering access to a network of more than 20,000 professional contacts.
What Selected Startups Will Receive
A total of 12 Ukrainian startups will be chosen to represent the nation’s tech ecosystem across two support tiers:
Tier 1 (6 Startups — Fully Supported):
Official participation and exhibition access at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026
Access to exclusive side events, direct VC pitch sessions, and strategic Bay Area company visits
Fully covered round-trip flights to and from San Francisco
Tier 2 (6 Startups — Partial Support):
Official participation and exhibition access at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026
Access to exclusive side events, VC meetings, and Bay Area corporate visits
(Note: Flight expenses are not covered under Tier 2)
Eligibility Criteria
The call is specifically open to high-growth Ukrainian tech ventures with proven traction and a clear roadmap for US market expansion.
To qualify, participating startups must meet the following criteria:
Jurisdiction: Officially registered and actively operating in Ukraine
Development Stage: Seed or Series A stage
Traction & Revenue: Annual recurring or total revenue exceeding $100,000
Product Maturity: A functional MVP with an active user base
US Market Validation: Existing clients, investors, or pipeline leads in the United States
Growth Readiness: Investment-ready and actively preparing for international scaling
A track record of prior backing from recognized angel investors or venture capital funds will be considered an advantage.
