The American market remains the “North Star” for global tech, but for many Ukrainian startups, the leap across the Atlantic feels like navigating uncharted waters. To bridge this gap, Challenger Accelerator has officially announced the launch of Challenger Bootcamp: USA Market Access—a intensive online program designed to give innovators a structured, no-nonsense blueprint for entering the U.S. ecosystem.
The Mission: Cracking the U.S. Code
This isn’t just another series of webinars. The bootcamp is specifically engineered for teams ready to test their product’s readiness for the American “rules of the game”. By combining practical workshops with direct access to top-tier Ukrainian and U.S. experts, the program focuses on real-world scaling rather than abstract theory.
“Participants will gain a clear understanding of how the U.S. startup ecosystem works, how to validate product demand, build sales strategies, and communicate effectively with investors”, says Yurii-Volodymyr Blavt, Partner at Civitta and expert in innovation. “This enables teams to avoid common mistakes and move faster from idea to tangible results in international markets”.
The Curriculum: 6 Pillars of Success
Running from February 18 to March 18, the program consists of six specialized online workshops. The sessions cover the full spectrum of market entry:
-
Ecosystem & Growth: An overview featuring the U.S. Embassy and experts from Momenta Ventures and Civitta.
-
Cultural Intelligence: Mastering the nuances of U.S.-Ukraine business cooperation.
-
Fundraising: Preparing to pitch to U.S. investors with Sarah Romanko (Geek Ventures).
-
Product-Market Fit: Adapting products for American users with Valentyn Yaromenko (Big Sister AI).
-
Sales & Marketing: B2B and B2C strategies led by Yuliia Popyk (Petcube).
-
Legal & Finance: Navigating the maze of regulation and taxation with Manuel Airapetov (Airapetov & Partners).
Who Should Apply?
The program is tailor-made for:
-
Early and growth-stage startups hungry for international expansion.
-
Founders who have identified the U.S. as their primary strategic market.
-
Innovation teams seeking a structured Go-To-Market (GTM) vision.
The Bottom Line
Beyond the knowledge, the most promising startups will walk away with a structured GTM vision and may even secure additional 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with program experts to fine-tune their strategy.
The program is implemented by Radar Tech and Civitta, with the vital support of American Councils and the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.
