SharePark, a new startup founded by four Ukrainians, is developing an AI-powered parking management app for European drivers and parking lot owners. The app analyzes the user’s location using artificial intelligence and selects the best option to meet their needs.
SharePark offers to drivers finding and booking parking spaces, electric charging stations, car washes, and services for paying fines, insurance, or toll roads, — AIN.UA reports.
The SharePark team is currently seeking a pre-seed investment of €200,000 to implement their strategies and deliver the first batch of blockers. The team plans to release the SharePark app in mid-May 2023, and the waiting list for early access to the app is already available. The app will offer two monetization options for users: they can pay for parking, and parking lots will give up to 10% of the transaction fee, or they can purchase a SharePark subscription for €2.5-4.5 per month, depending on the country.
The global Parking Management market was estimated to be worth $4.38 billion in 2022, and it is expected to grow to $10 billion with an average annual growth rate of 12.1% over the next 7 years. According to Research and Markets, the parking problem cost Europeans almost $88 billion in 2019. SharePark aims to help Ukrainians and EU residents solve their parking problems.
