Ukrainian tactical communications developer HIMERA has partnered with quantum technology leader Quantropi to integrate advanced post-quantum cryptography into its products. This move aims to bolster the security of HIMERA’s systems and pave the way for its entry into the defense markets of the United States and Canada.
Under the agreement, Quantropi will become the exclusive distributor of HIMERA’s products in the US and Canada, with rights to promote the technology to NATO and allied nations. The partnership will see Quantropi’s QiSpace™ platform integrated into various HIMERA tactical radio systems, including the G1 PRO, R1 repeaters, B1 autonomous repeaters, and E1 internet extenders.
This integration will enhance HIMERA’s systems with quantum-safe encryption and high-entropy quantum random number generation, significantly strengthening their resistance to interception and jamming.

HIMERA’s tactical radios, already proven in key defensive and offensive operations in Ukraine, are designed to meet the needs of global defense forces. All devices are equipped with AES-256 encryption, MESH/MANET technologies, and frequency hopping to combat electronic warfare.
