Ukrainian startups can compete for the right to represent Ukraine for the first time as part of the national delegation at Startup Nights 2023 in Switzerland. This is a technology conference that annually brings together thousands of innovators from around the world. This year’s event will take place on November 2-3 in Winterthur.
Participation in the conference will allow you to gain useful knowledge for the development of your product, build profitable connections and find investors.
You can apply for participation if your startup:
- Has a traction, customers, and attracted investments
- Is registered and operates in Ukraine
- Positioning itself as Ukrainian – this should be indicated on the website and all publicly available resources, such as Crunchbase
- Priority will be given to startups with hardware solutions and products that can be presented at the exhibition
The 8 best startup teams that will pass all the selection stages will be able to join the Ukrainian delegation to Startup Nights 2023: they will fill out an application about their product or service, be tested for compliance with the competition conditions, and present their startup to the jury.

The delegation is co-organized by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ukrainian Startup Fund and the Ukrainian-Swiss Business Association (USBA).
Startup representatives should be prepared to partially cover travel and accommodation costs. The other part will potentially be covered by sponsors. The organizers of the delegation will provide a ticket to the conference for one or two representatives from the startup, which includes participation in the Startup Nights program and a stand, as well as participation of selected teams in the delegation’s activities.
