Welcome the new generation of green innovators at The Green Pitch Day on August 12th in Kyiv: 20 business idea presentations for investors.
On August 12, a unique event for the green startup ecosystem will take place. 20 Ukrainian teams will present their climate-friendly business ideas at the pre-seed and seed-round stages. All pitches will be monitored by invited investors. Participants will have a chance to present their innovative business ideas, get feedback, advice, attract investors and establish professional contacts. We invite you to Green Pitch Day, where the beginning of the transformation of green business ideas into sustainable businesses becomes visible and the talents of Ukrainian eco-innovators are revealed!
During the event, you can expect:
- Pitching of 20 innovative startups
- Announcement of the winners of the National Final of ClimateLaunchpad
- Presentation of the first cohort of participants from Greencubator.Academy
- Informal networking with investors
Who will pitch?
We all see our country as powerful and renewed in the future, and together we are already laying the foundations for green transformation through business. We present teams that have ideas, motivation, and passion for a successful breakthrough in green business.
First batch:
TomorrowPack – provides reusable e-commerce packages that are good for the planet and easy to use.
LUAZ Care – developed a communal electric vehicle for people with disabilities for urban and rural areas.
Sistan Varvara – produces clothing made from fabrics created from recycled sources (leftover and stock materials and fabric scraps, recycled second-hand clothes).
Melt Water Club – has developed a technology for producing premium drinking water using the innovative Freezing Process technology.
Skat Energy – developed Virtual Power Plant technology for battery owners to save electricity and earn money by selling it to the grid.
SEVEC – creation of parking charging stations for micromobile electric vehicles in elements of modern urban infrastructure with the ability to charge electric vehicles and a battery exchange point for couriers.
Greenmaker – an inventory of planted trees and a map of events for volunteers and eco-projects.
Water Treatment – the idea of economical use of natural resources, in particular water.
Mycelia Tech – produces environmentally friendly materials from mycelium and agricultural waste.
WildfireUA by YourAirTest – development of a product that combines satellite data, fire forecasting, and emissions modeling to analyze forest fires and their impact on air quality and human life.
Second batch:
Rekava is a brand of biodegradable products, disposable tableware based on coffee grounds, and craft candles.
Brayton Power is a cogeneration unit with a thermal capacity of 10 kW and an electric capacity of 1 kW.
FlushWave is an automated system that allows used water from washbasins and washing machines to be reused for sewage and lawn watering.
EcoSink – production of eco-sinks made of recycled plastic that do not require washing.
Sistan Varvara – sewing gender-neutral designer clothes from recycled materials.
Super Plant – development of reusable collapsible pots for seedlings that support the taproot system, promote maximum survival and are adapted for global gardening.
Green planet – plans to produce durable paving stones and street tiles from recycled materials.
SOLAR PLEX – provides services for the modernization of conventional PV panels into hybrid ones.
Eco-shop – a shop selling handmade products, its own sewing production, zero-waste materials.
Vacuum Gravity Energy is a vacuum-atmospheric power amplification technology for generating decarbonized electricity, and the production of mobile generators.
