Nova Poshta and Radar Tech are hosting the first hackathon for innovative solutions on August 18-20 in Kyiv. Over 80 participants will collaborate to integrate artificial intelligence into a self-service system. Currently, one-third of parcels are sent by customers through self-service, which is why Nova Poshta is adding a modern, interactive touch.
During the innovation hackathon, teams will work with an AI assistant to develop a neural network that can answer customer questions about the company’s services and processes. As well as teams will train artificial intelligence basic operations such as parcel tracking and service cost calculation, inform about delivery times and automate the customer journey using voice-to-text and text-to-voice.
Organizers are looking for startups, IT professionals and enthusiasts to create and present innovative prototype solutions.
The hackathon offers a prize fund of UAH 180,000 along with mentoring support from Nova Poshta experts and the chance for long-term cooperation.
