Ukrainian startups shine bright at CES 2024. During 4 days of the show, they got unprecedented visibility, garnered significant media attention, and piqued the interest of global investors. Networking events facilitated valuable connections for Ukrainian technologies, opening doors for future collaborations and funding opportunities. While there’s undoubtedly a lot of work ahead, we’re thrilled to share some positive developments on behalf of Ukrainian startups!

CheckEye: AI-enabled platform for mass screening of chronic diseases, got a prior agreement for joint testing with LG Nova. The innovative department of LG has shown potential interest in the technology and will discuss upcoming testing after the exhibition. Additionally, there are several potential pilots in partnership.

Deus Robotics: warehouse automation with intelligent robots for efficiency gains and labor shortage solutions, after pitching the startup at the Japanese pavilion, got several potential clients who requested a detailed analysis of the solution and expressed interest in a potential investment.

Valerii Iakovenko, founder of FarmFleet: an online service that streamlines business processes for drone spraying and agricultural services, became a star at Tech Podcasts Network, the main media outlet of the Consumer Technology Association, producers of CES. His interview and FarmFleet presentation were truly emotional and inspirational. The record is to follow soon.

ShinyClub: a desktop gadget combined with an artificial intelligence service to improve the productivity of remote teams, made a demo for the best Kickstarter marketing agency and are negotiating cooperation for the next crowdfunding company. Moreover, the founder of a large Massachusetts-based company that sells tools for team productivity is interested in the startup’s solution. The US company wants to use the gadgets of Ukrainian innovators for its customers. The companies have already begun to negotiate production. ShinyClub adds that competitors also launched at CES, so Ukrainians were able to immediately analyze their product and audience reaction.

FarmHub: FarmHub got in touch with a Korean company that distributes smart devices to farms. They are interested in devices and CRM. An agreement on future cooperation is planned. Among other personal victories of the startup at CES, the founders found a lot of farmers or people who have contacts of large farmers who would be interested in FarmHub’s solution (USA, Israel, Turkey, Zimbabwe, China); they also found manufacturers of long life batteries that could extend the life of the startup’s devices, a potential distribution channel in the US, contacts in patenting, logistics, law, contacts of potential investors, and names of major agro events that innovators need to attend in the future.

In general, the four-day journey at CES 2024 was a resounding success for the Ukrainian delegation, marking a pivotal moment in the global trajectory of the tech ecosystem of Ukraine.
