In March 2024, the Ukrainian IT company IdeaSoft, a part of the Sigma Software Group, launched the IdeaSoft AI Hub – an open-source community focusing on Artificial Intelligence technologies. Within this initiative, free lectures, webinars, and educational events are held by leading global technology companies.
The first free online lectures featured Google Front-End Engineer Volodymyr Kyrylyuk, who talked about “Google Technologies: Video Processing in the Browser and Innovative Machine Learning Solutions with Minimal Code,” and Margarita Geleta, a researcher in artificial intelligence at the Berkeley AI Research Lab (BAIR) and Stanford Department of Biomedical Data Science (Stanford DBDS).

The next free lecture will take place on May 23rd, featuring Raouf Chebri, Senior Developer Advocate at Neon. Neon is a leader in serverless managed solutions for Postgres, known for its innovative approach that separates data storage from computations. With its flexible free offering, Neon is optimized for developers’ maximum productivity. The company offers advanced features such as serverless architecture, branching capabilities, and unlimited data storage. Neon is open-source software built in Rust, aimed at simplifying and enhancing the efficiency of development, testing, and creating development environments for developers worldwide.
