The INNOV8 Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship has opened applications for its third Science2Business program, a free, five-week online program designed to help Ukrainian scientists transform their research into commercially successful projects.

This year, 50 Ukrainian scientists will have the opportunity to learn how to create commercial projects from knowledge-intensive solutions. The program offers workshops and personalized meetings with leading business and industry experts, as well as mentoring support tailored to the specific needs of each participant.
“Biotechnology, energy, medtech, health technologies, robotics, agrotechnologies… Scientists from different fields come to us,” says Olena Skyrta, curator of Science2Business. “We are happy to help meet the needs of our participants, regardless of the level of their projects, through the selection of qualified experts and a flexible program.”
Speakers at this year’s Science2Business program include:
- Bozhena Kelestyn, design thinking expert at the University of Warwick
- Bohdan Khomych, head of RnD at SoftServe
- Kasper Soumalainen, startup consultant at Aalto University
Science2Business is part of the European Seeds of Bravery initiative, implemented by INNOV8 in collaboration with Aalto University, EIT Health, and Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship. The program is funded by the European Union through the European Innovation Council.
Upon completion of the program, participants can apply for funding through Seeds of Bravery to further develop their ideas.
The deadline to apply for the third Science2Business program is February 14th at 6:00 PM.
