- Fresh Innovation: Founded no earlier than 2020.
- Proven Concept: Must have an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) or working demo, coupled with initial traction (like confirmed sales or early investments).
- Growth Stage: Total external funding raised should not exceed $5 million.
- Clear Standing: No operational ties, founders, or team members associated with Russia or Belarus, and not under sanctions.
- Presence Required: At least one team member must be able to participate in person in Lviv.
