Ukrainian tech outfit SKIFTECH, already a recognized name in laser-based tactical training solutions, has once again pushed the envelope with its latest innovation: a sophisticated drone simulator specifically designed for munition drop practice, ingeniously built around the familiar Mavic platform. This development, recently showcased at the DouDays conference and reported by “Militarnyi”, promises to significantly enhance the training paradigms for both drone operators and ground infantry.
The new system isn’t just about learning to fly; it’s a comprehensive training ecosystem. It allows drone pilots to hone their precision in delivering payloads, while simultaneously enabling infantry units to sharpen their counter-drone tactics using small arms.
