Forged in Fire: ODIN Unveils the ‘Win_Hit’, a 300 km/h Drone Hunter to Master Ukraine’s Skies

In the relentless battle for aerial dominance over Ukraine, a formidable new player has emerged from the nation’s burgeoning defense tech scene. Kyiv-based miltech project ODIN has officially announced the successful field deployment of its groundbreaking ODIN Antishaheed system—a sophisticated solution designed to hunt and neutralize the notorious Shahed and Gerber attack drones.

The star of this new defensive shield is the ODIN Win_Hit, a high-speed interceptor drone that represents a quantum leap in kinetic anti-drone strategy.

The Apex Predator of the Sky

Forget cumbersome and costly conventional air defense. The Win_Hit is a lean, purpose-built predator. Engineered for blistering speed and agility, it’s designed to close the distance and eliminate its target with surgical precision.

Key Performance Specs:

  • Attack Velocity: Up to 300 km/h
  • Cruising Speed: 200-220 km/h
  • Mission Endurance: 7-10 minutes of high-octane performance
  • Operational Modes: Fully equipped for both “Day/Twilight” and “Night” missions.

This isn’t just about raw speed; it’s about intelligent application. The Win_Hit is the kinetic tip of the spear in the wider ODIN Antishaheed concept—an integrated ecosystem of proprietary hardware and software. This system is built on a philosophy of efficiency and adaptability, boasting several key advantages:

  • Rapid Deployment: The mobile complex can be operational in minutes, responding dynamically to shifting threats.
  • Smart Adaptability: The system intelligently adjusts to the flight paths and tactics of incoming enemy UAVs.
  • Cost-Effectiveness: It presents a highly effective and economically viable alternative to traditional anti-air solutions.

From Blueprint to Battlefield

This is no longer a theoretical concept. The ODIN Night Crew, an elite strike group of the project’s own pilots, is already successfully deploying the system, racking up confirmed kills of Shahed-136 and Gerber drones across Ukraine.

The system’s versatility is a core part of its design. The Win_Hit interceptors can be launched from multiple platforms, including a reusable ground-based mobile launcher, a portable hand-held unit, or even air-dropped from a specialized loitering carrier drone, adding layers of tactical flexibility.

With initial field tests passed with flying colors, the ODIN team is now scaling up. The next phase involves collaborating directly with combat brigades to adapt and integrate this powerful anti-drone capability directly into their specialized units.

Founded in 2023, ODIN has rapidly positioned itself as a key innovator in Ukraine’s defense industry, developing a wide array of multirotor UAVs—from kamikaze and bomber drones to advanced electronic warfare systems—all under its own brand. The successful deployment of the Win_Hit marks a pivotal moment, showcasing the power of homegrown Ukrainian innovation to create decisive, cutting-edge solutions for the modern battlefield.
