This annual list, curated by the Global Silicon Valley (GSV) investment platform, identifies the 150 most influential private and public companies that are actively transforming the future of digital learning.

This recognition isn’t just a solo victory; it’s a powerful statement for the entire Ukrainian tech ecosystem. Headway Inc is joined on the 2025 list by two other giants with strong Ukrainian roots: the AI-powered writing assistant Grammarly and the online language-learning platform Preply.

A Mission to Scale Growth
With a portfolio of five EdTech products—including the flagship Headway app, Impulse, Nibble, AddMile, and Skillsta—the company now empowers over 160 million users worldwide to learn and grow in a personalized, engaging format.

Headway Inc stands out in a distinct category. According to GSV’s analysis, only 15% of the honored companies focus on “adult education and lifelong learning”.
