The award-winning ecosystem launches its 4th cohort. The offer? A 5-month offline intensity in Kyiv, an Oxford education, and a direct path to global markets.

KYIV — November 27, 2025 — Mission Possible, the “Accelerator of the Year 2024”, has announced the open call for its fourth acceleration program tailored for Ukrainian founders of innovative products.
For five months, participants will build their products through close interaction with mentors from Ukraine’s top tech giants—MacPaw, Jooble, Ajax, Uklon, Headway Inc, and others—and complete a specialized entrepreneurship module at Oxford Saïd Business School.
Program Partners: UMAEF, u.ventures, Oxford Saïd Business School, and Kooperativ.
Who Should Apply?
The program is looking for startup founders/co-founders who already have traction (MVP, first users) and are hungry for scaling and investment.
“At Mission Possible, we believe that the future of a strong Ukraine is created by entrepreneurs building global companies. In two years, 60+ founders from our program have raised over $1.5 million in investments. For the last cohort, we received 200+ applications, and for the online YNBA program — 580+. This clearly shows that Ukrainian entrepreneurship is possible. While the military protects us, we are doing our homework — forming an ecosystem where Ukrainian businesses can grow, scale, and win”.
— Sviat Sviatnenko, Chairman of Mission Possible and Managing Director at Endeavor in Ukraine
The Offer: More Than Just Mentorship
The core strength of the program is its community—a quality that sets Mission Possible apart. It is an environment where a founder always leaves with more than they arrived with: new solutions, contacts, investors, and support.
What participants receive:
-
Investment Readiness: Preparation for fundraising and access to 20+ funds, angels, and communities.
-
Mentorship: Over 300 hours of guidance.
-
Education: A program from Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
-
Workspace: An office at Kooperativ.
-
Demo Day: Pitching to investors.
-
Growth Experiment Credits: Up to $6,000 for hypothesis testing during the program.
-
Community: An active network that remains long after graduation.
Terms: 2.5% equity. Format: 5 months, offline in Kyiv.
“The mission of Mission Possible is to support the bravest founders who are not afraid to build during the war and think globally. We created a space where a startup can grow twice as fast as it would alone. When founders are ready to invest in their product, we are ready to invest in them even more — with experience, mentorship, investors, and community”.
— Dmytro Koshelnyk, Chief Portfolio Officer at Mission Possible
Alumni Perspective
“Mission Possible became an accelerator for me in the literal sense. Here, the mindset changes, decisions are made faster, and a product is built that has a chance to become global. Mentors and the community made it clear: there is no time for slow cycles. Today we are speaking with venture funds from all over the world, and this wouldn’t have happened without Mission Possible”.
— Bohdan Dryhaupt, CEO of Cross Check, Cohort 1 Alumnus
