Ukrainian companies are at the forefront of technological innovation, developing solutions that contribute to national defense and push the boundaries of drone technology.

FRDM: Replacing Humans on the Frontline
FRDM has created a turret and remote control system that significantly eases the work of defenders on the frontline. This combat module can be used both stationary and on any mobile platform. The developers also have a solution for a robotic complex on their own wheeled base.

The complex can perform logistical, evacuation, reconnaissance and strike tasks, and thus covers almost the entire range of ground directions that will be used in the army. The turret can be used for defensive, offensive, air defense tasks, and more. The company also organizes training for the military to make optimal use of the developments.
Zaporizhzhia Engineers Develop “General Cherry” Drones
Four engineers from Zaporizhzhia, who once worked on the creation of the Delta military situational awareness system, united volunteers around them and started producing their own FPV drones called “General Cherry”. Now they have a team of 100 people, which is already fulfilling state orders.

The name “General Cherry” is connected with the well-known Zaporizhzhia Telegram channel “Rotten Cherry”, which at the beginning of the full-scale invasion played the role of a reconnaissance mechanism. The channel had, so to speak, its own commander who led a team that included military, volunteers, and partisans from the occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region. This is how the name “General Cherry” appeared.
PG Robotics: LuckyStrike Bombers Achieve 50-70 Sorties on Average
Commercial Director of PG Robotics Volodymyr Pyshniak spoke about the use of FPV drones LuckyStrike. This is a multifunctional UAV for the Airborne Assault Forces, which can be used both to defeat the enemy and to deliver medicines and ammunition to the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Currently, about 10,000 PG Robotics drones are used at the front. One Lucky Strike complex, according to Volodymyr Pyshniak, costs UAH 1.046 million. The company has established serial production and produces about 3,000 bomber drones every month.
These Ukrainian startups showcase the country’s determination to innovate in the face of challenges, developing technologies that protect its people and contribute to the global tech landscape.
