KYIV, UKRAINE – Applications are now open for Challenger 4.0, a premier equity-free accelerator program designed to catapult Ukrainian startups in the EdTech, HealthTech, and Artificial Intelligence sectors onto the global stage. Organized by the international consulting firm Civitta and corporate innovation experts Radar Tech, with crucial support from the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV), the program is a golden opportunity for founders looking to attract investment, refine their products, and scale their businesses into new markets.
This initiative provides a comprehensive support system tailored for early-stage companies, blending financial incentives with world-class mentorship and strategic guidance.
What’s on Offer: A Prize Pool Designed to Propel Growth
Challenger 4.0 stands out not only for its equity-free model but also for its substantial prize pool and invaluable perks. Participating startups will compete for:
- A $25,000 grant from the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF) for the overall winner.
- A combined $75,000 from the Ukrainian Startup Fund (USF), distributed among the top three teams.
- Significant cloud service credits and additional benefits from program partners.
- A fully sponsored trip to the leading European tech conference, Latitude59 in Tallinn, Estonia, for the top-performing startups, offering unparalleled networking and exposure.

Who Should Apply?
Challenger 4.0 is looking for ambitious Ukrainian startups that meet the following criteria:
- A dedicated team of two or more people.
- A product at the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage or beyond.
- Early customers or initial market validation is a significant advantage.
- The program will be conducted entirely in English.
